Central Weber Sewer Improvement District

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN
AND AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS

Central Weber Sewer Improvement District, an improvement district located in Weber and Davis Counties, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of an independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and a written Impact Fee Analysis for sanitary sewer. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-36a-501 and -503 of the Utah Code, as amended 2011, notice is hereby provided of the intent of Central Weber Sewer Improvement District to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan for sanitary sewer services and an Impact Fee Analysis. The proposed impact fee facilities will be located in the District's service area which is located primarily in Weber County but also includes a small part of Davis County, including the following jurisdictions: unincorporated areas in western Weber County and Uintah Highlands Improvement District in Weber County; the following municipalities: Ogden City, North Ogden City, South Ogden City, Farr West City, Harrisville City, Hooper City, Pleasant View City, Riverdale City, South Weber City, Washington Terrace City, and West Haven City; and portions of the following municipalities: Roy City, Marriott-Slaterville City, City of Uintah and Plain City. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and be used to offset the cost of new and existing qualified capital facilities that are required to serve new development. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the Impact Fee Facilities Plan or the written analysis of proposed impact fees.
