We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this "Constitution for the United States of America."
Let us state for those who are not personally familiar with the Era, that the Media Propaganda being put out back then in the 1970's was for encouraging Zero Population Growth among the responsible White Population; that was being framed in its moral appeal to prevent over-population of the United States similar to the need to curb overpopulation being emphasized as was occurring in India and China; but that in obviousness of its deliberate intent that was designed to limit the number of White American Births while encouraging overpopulation of large families in the Minority Races and Ethnicity to achieve a Minority Majority Take Over of the White European Race in The United States. Thus stated. And of course, that is always met with heavy denunciation resistance for the saying so.
Since the 1970s, birth rates in the United States have taken a plunge, yet our overall U.S. Population continues to climb. Our census agencies cleverly hide the truth behind inflated statistics based on immigrant births. The frightening reality is simple: native-born American Citizens are not having enough children to replace themselves. The insidious effects of this birth famine on our economy, political system, and family dynamics, exposes the brutal truth about the ramifications of unchecked immigration. By encouraging our government and citizens to put family first, we can reinvigorate our nation’s economy, political landscape, and, most importantly, the American spirit. What WE are discussing here is the Complete Take-Over of The United States and our Military by Alien Foreign Powers if WE do not emphatically Legislatively and Judicially Declare at this time for the Sovereign Hegemony in Governing Dominance of The Established American People here.
Slavery was Noble Burden to us and not well understood about the benevolent kindly treatment they received by The White Race who cared for them and gave them a place in their Country as a way of life; of what WE would need to know to carry-on in the Defense of our Nation and the Sovereignty of our Beloved American White Race. Don't forget WE are from the Deep South too on our American Nation's side. A lot of good people died over this issue on both sides of The Civil War when WE were not the guilty parties to their (those Africans) being captured and brought here. They need to stop hating us for what was beyond our control to fault.
Things got out of hand that way of Slavery that the Slave Trade kept piling up on us but found ourselves of having to care for those Africans transported here to our shores nonetheless. And regarding the fact of their eventually Over-Procreating and Overpopulating Us, that doesn't mean that we are to surrender our country to them, or to any other Alien Foreign Persuasion Upon the Earth, on the wording of the Equal Rights Clause of the 14th Amendment and the Civil Rights Act.
And their Country too by the way of Racial and Ethnic Equality in Overall Representation, as it is worded for and as it stands to be morally accepted in our hearts and minds as a Nation; but it needs to be understood that WE Cannot Be Ruled Over by them or by any other Foreign Denomination to us; and concerning the overall Antithetical Differences of other People's Cultures and Ideologies beyond Race and Ethnicity to consider as well, other than our own way. WE never have been Ruled Over by anyone in our entire history as a Sovereign White European Nation together being spoken for; and WE Never Will Be, to set the record straight.
To be understood in the terms of War being called Sovereign Hegemony in the modern hour, (defined as leadership or dominance, especially by one country or social group over others;) that no matter how many Foreign Alien Populations become present to us here, that Our American Sovereignty, with Our Military and Atomic Weapons, and Our Culture, and Our Heritage, and Our Way of Life, as it is established, will always continue on to prevail here in the way that it always has.
Everyone present to us now and in the future generations to come needs to Agree With Us in that manner of "Civil Rapprochement" and things will work-out fine here. Our Nation needs to urgently resolve this Divisive and Potentially Deadly Conflict and to turn things around on how to proceed, People should not be afraid to speak what is really on their minds. Mature Intelligent reasoning is what is needed here in an Egalitarian Cooperation of Achieving Peaceful Relations in America.
The color of their skin, or where they came from, is not the issue here being reasoned for here. And once again to remind you that It Is Not Intolerance for Other People that WE are discussing, but our American Heritage and Sovereignty. That is spoken for in the same hushed terms to state to you in the same meaning, of Israel, and the Jewish People, being Ruled Over by Palestinians, or by any other Alien Peoples as has happened to them in the past and what was the reason for their Diaspora. All Is Not Well here if Foreign People think they can take us over. And Take Us Over They Surely Will If They Are Not Convinced Of Our Stand.
Article III Judicial Branch

Section 1
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.
Section 2
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;—to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;— to Controversies between two or more States;--between a State and Citizens of another State;--between Citizens of different States;--between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.
The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment; shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
Section 3
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

What Constitution are you referring to? If it is the one Congress wrote of for purposes of taking the oath of office - it does not exist.
Again, there is no record of anyone any time taking the oath of office swearing to uphold "the Constitution for the United States of America" they are not allowed to. The First Act of Congress made it so for all. That included Donald J. Trump. Read the Act.
You or anyone else cannot present any proof for what you stated.
BTW, what you think is a state is in reality a corporation, in other words, a Person. This include Alaska and Hawaii as well.

See many of us know there are no states, just corporations. A corporation is an artificial entity, a fiction at law. They only exist in your mind. They are images in your mind, that speak to you. We labor, pledge our property and give our children to a fiction. Just like those that swear to uphold the Constitution. It's all theater staged with impersonators..

every state that is accepted into the USA must agree to accept the terms of the Constitution. The last ones were Hawaii and Alaska in the 1950s.

Also, to remember no one has ever signed up to the US Constitution since the days of our so called now dead Founders. Adding to this the very First Act of Congress 1789 made it so that no one would ever repeat the Constitution's Preamble Title "the Constitution FOR the United States OF AMERICA" (Cap emphasis mine) for purposes of taking the oath of office. Since that date all are instructed to repeat the words "the Constitution OF the United States". Please note there is no document with that title to be found anywhere in law or at law.
If words mean everything then changing them and omitting them can mean much more. Yes/No? Isn't it time for all to take a new oath as well?
