October 19, 2018 - Hellions, the genre-bending and eye-catching quartet from Australia, are celebrating the release of their latest full-length album Rue today via UNFD. On today's monumental release, the band shares "Rue is the result of the better part of two years writing and three months spent in the studio. An artist's reach has to exceed his grasp if something of lasting value is to be created, and there are moments of very real terror in that process. We abandoned our comfort in search of the sound that would become Rue, having completed a near entirely different rendition of it before going back to the drawing board. Rue was recorded at Karma Sound Studios in Thailand with producer Shane Edwards - a man Hellions have worked with for a decade and describe as "our fifth member." It's safe to say Rue is an album in which message and music are often tonally juxtaposed, requiring the listener to really listen. The band's latest collection of tracks build upon the marriage of theatrical dynamics and thoughtful lyricism that defined the band's critically acclaimed previous offering, 2016's third collection Opera Oblivia. They are deeper and darker, with melodies that are more beautiful, and riffs that are more seismic.
The tracks are divided into the pessimistic and humanitarian sides of life. Tracks like "(Blueberry)" and "Odyssey" deal with the former, examining how the high consciousness we possess has led to a culture of egocentricity and opportunist while being accompanied by jaunty, bombastic guitars reminiscent of Black Parade-era My Chemical Romance. Similarly, the funky, danceable "X (Mwah)" is actually about abandoning hope in favor of recklessness, while "26" is a rousing anth
em about the quest for happiness. Previously released music videos from the album include hit single "Smile" and "X (Mwah)."

Twin brother, singer for their band Madina Lake, Nathan Leone agrees, this is what saved his life. Consequently, the Leone's devoted their lives to giving back. After several years with Sweet Relief Musicians Fund & Help Musicians UK, it was time to branch out. All-Purpose Altruism - Charity Bomb reflects the ubiquitous truth that love is the antidote for everything. This notion, as applied in our philanthropic context, asserts that we will drum up love, in all of its forms, for a particular cause or purpose, and drop it on the antagonist.
Los Angeles native, professional musician & acclaimed songwriter, Nik Frost, suffered from addiction. When drugs came dangerously close to claiming his life, it was fellow musicians, Dave Kushner & Brian O'conner (Velvet Revolver & Eagles of Death Metal respectively) who intervened and came to his rescue. Nik worked with Matthew on several projects, all a pre-destination to Charity Bomb. We are a non-profit, fundraising and awareness agent for any benevolent cause that enters our ether.
Ryan Ford, lifelong closest friend, philanthropist, successful entrepreneur, an avid lover of music, is the fourth Charity Bomber. Ryan's founded several businesses, MP45 Records among them, and brings the administrative acumen to complement his creative contribution to the collective. In short, we have the purpose, we know the right people and we know how to put on a show. We love a win-win-win outcome. Karsen Delgado, FNP – C, announces release of ‘Healed by His Hand’
EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah — When Karsen Delgado, FNP – C, became ill with Lyme symptoms, it was an excruciating yet insightful experience for the healthcare professional. Karsen Delgado, FNP – C, is a healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner. Delgado graduated from Brigham Young University in 2008 after practicing as a registered nurse in surgical, pediatric, geriatric and home health care settings.
