The active ingredient in Roundup – glyphosate – is beset with claims that it causes cancer. Glyphosate is also suspected of lowering fertility rates. Hethir Rodriguez, founder and president of The Natural Fertility Company (www.naturalfertilityinfor.com) says numerous studies show glyphosate to have a negative effect on fertility, from increased estrogen levels to reduced sperm count and testosterone levels. “We are exposed to glyphosate through the foods we eat on a daily basis. It is important for those in any stage of pre-conception through pregnancy to be aware of these compounds in our daily lives and know how to protect themselves.”

Since forming in 2009, Silent Planet have steadily gained traction by playing local venues throughout California and expanding to the DIY touring scene throughout the United States. Over the past 9+ years, the band gained prominence thanks to their vast array of influences, anchored by Russell's master's degree in psychology and field experience as a mental health therapist. As a result of their continued momentum, Silent Planet took home the "Underground Band of the Year" award at the 2017 APMA awards.
Produced by Will Putney, When the End Began captures Silent Planet's aggressive live sound while retaining their more exploratory ambient elements. Along with Russell's poignant lyrics, the band had a plethora of talent and skills to draw on for the new record. From the dynamic range of bassist Thomas Freckleton, to the progressive drumming of Alexrene Camarena and the diverse arrangements of primary song architect and guitarist Mitchell Stark, Silent Planet have managed their most deliberate, cohesive effort to date.
Speaking to the new record, Silent Planet say, "We want to connect and grow. These song are our way of giving back to so many of those who have given to us. On tour, we've met people isolated by bigotry, marred by addiction, scarred by loss - these songs are for them and anyone else grappling with these situations."
"Hope doesn't have to be an abstract concept," they continued. "It can be an embodied reality."

Susan B Anthony List (SBA List) Applauds Rep. Love’s work to Protect the unborn
4th Congressional District, UT — Today, the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List will meet with Representatives Mia Love at her campaign headquarters to announce its endorsement for her re-election in Utah’s 4th Congressional District.
Officials from SBA List and Rep. Love will be available for interviews following a roundtable discussion on pro-life issues.
Citing Congresswoman Love’s heartfelt defense of the most fundamental right, the right to life, Susan B. Anthony list applauds Rep. Love’s work to diligently protect the unborn, their mothers, and the conscience rights of Utah taxpayers.
“Her passion to defend the right to life has never wavered,” said former Congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave, SBA List’s Vice President of Government Affairs. “Her work to expose Planned Parenthood’s role in the trafficking of baby body parts and stop the flow of tax dollars to the abortion industry is exactly why we need her leadership and voice to remain in Washington.”
Love has co-sponsored many pro-life bills during her time in Congress, including the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, the Preventing Maternal Deaths Act and the Conscience Protection act, among others. In her first term, she was appointed to serve on the Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives, working to expose the sale of fetal tissue from aborted babies.
What: Roundtable Discussion with Rep. Love and Susan B. Anthony List
When: October 19, 2018, 2:30 pm
Where: Mia Love Campaign headquarters, 5251 S. Green Street Suite 250, Murray UT 84123
