Pervacio opens new technology hub in Birmingham
To better serve customers in the UK and Europe, one of its most rapidly growing markets, mobile device solutions specialist Pervacio has established a new technology hub in Birmingham.
Headquartered in the USA and operating in 30 countries, Pervacio works with the world’s largest device manufacturers and mobile carriers and is a leader in customisable, value added solutions in the forward and reverse supply chain for retail and warehouse operations. The company also provides carriers with solutions across their retail operations to enhance customer service.
Since the new UK hub will play a key role in helping Pervacio to develop existing partnerships and build new relationships, the company was keen to operate from a recognised European business destination.
In moving to Birmingham from its previous base in Coventry, Pervacio benefits from a more central location, which will facilitate improved customer service along with continued access to the Midlands technology skills base, which will support recruitment and help to drive innovation.
Importantly, Birmingham affords Pervacio the opportunity to participate in and support programmes around key emerging technologies, while the company’s international customers will enjoy better road, rail and air transport links.
Pervacio’s Vice President of Global Business Development, Hussain Hussain, said: “We’re doing more and more business across Europe and our investment in a bigger and better resourced regional hub in the heart of the UK is an important step.
“It will enable us to satisfy the growing demands of current clients and capitalise on new market opportunities as we continue to build our reputation as a global specialist in the end-to-end management of mobile devices.”
Pervacio was assisted in the relocation of its UK-incorporated business by Business Birmingham, which supports companies moving into the city with property searches and visits, business intelligence, recruitment and introductions to potential commercial partners. Its aim is to minimise disruption to general operations so that companies can focus on their key business requirements.
Engineering support, R&D and customer support services are all available from Pervacio’s new office at Alpha Tower, which also provides a base for the company’s software architects and is home to its global marketing team. As part of its growth plan, Pervacio is investing in its marketing capabilities and following the appointment of a global marketing manager is now recruiting a head of product marketing to join its Birmingham-based team.
Jason Saunt, Pervacio’s Global Marketing Director, said: “Our new UK hub is an exciting development. By being better aligned to support the evolution of future technologies and with access to skilled people we look forward to improving our service for current clients and growing our operation across Europe.
“In light of the scale and speed of our expansion in recent years, I’m delighted to be building a strong marketing resource to underpin our business aims around the world.”

Pervacio provides a software management platform to device suppliers across the retail, enterprise (government and security) and warehouse sectors. MOOSE BLOOD
RELEASE NEW MUSIC VIDEO
"CAN WE STAY LIKE THIS"
WATCH IT NOW HERE
I DON'T THINK I CAN DO THIS ANYMORE
AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE
MAY 2, 2018 - Canterbury, Kent - Today, Moose Blood premieres their new music video for "Can We Stay Like This" taken from the band's new album I Don't Think I Can Do This Anymore, out now via Hopeless Records. Fans can check out the music video, directed by Tyler Zelinsky, here: smarturl.it/CWSLTVideo
"'Can We Stay Like This' is a song Eddy wrote for his wife whilst in LA, during the recording session for the album. The video has a darker tone than anything we've done before," the band said of the track. "It's a mood we've been trying to achieve from a video for a while now, and we're really happy with the way it all came together."
Speaking to the tone of the video, director Zelinsky said, "I loved working with Moose Blood on this one. They had this great idea for an image of love lost that served as the jumping off point for the video. We open on a couple on the run á la True Romance, although in this telling they've met their demise. That image really plays contrary to what the song is actually about-wanting to stay in a perfect moment with the one you love."
The video captures a contradiction in staying in a perfect moment with the dark opening sequence, according to Zelinsky.
"The video is about getting back to that place as described in the song and the desire to undo that which can't be undone. There's a perfect moment for this couple that's the polar opposite of where we find them and it's impossible to get there because time only runs in one direction-although not in film," he continued. "That's the magic of the video, taking them back to that moment. By playing out the action in reverse time, the lyrics aren't ironic to the images anymore and can actually be taken quite literally. They're being brought back to life as the song asks "Can we stay like this?"
I Don't Think I Can Do This Anymore is available on Spotify, Apple Music, and iTunes. Moose Blood recently wrapped up a North American headline tour with Lydia and McCafferty, and is slated to play a number of dates across Europe and Australia this summer, including Slam Dunk Festival in the UK and Greenfield Festival in Switzerland.
