Appeal concerns

Mr. Gheric Boyce of The American Legion called and left me a message stating that he would be giving me a call roughly 7 days before my March 5th WPB FL Hearing. I appreciate your sincere involvement in this extremely important Veterans Psychiatric Suicide Case which I will be providing a thorough airing about.
I have enclosed here for you my legal brief (with substantiating exhibits) so that perhaps you will all have a better understanding of what this Appeal is all about.
Such brave and valiant men and women to come home from our Country's Wars to be needlessly and cruelly rendered to be Mentally Ill by The VA and treated with Ruinous Disabling Psychotropic Neuroleptic Restraining Chemicals; to thereafter be regarded by society as inferior defective psychiatric persons who have been programmed to kill, WITHOUT BENEFIT OF LEGAL COUNSEL FROM THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION, to state otherwise; and left to die by Suicide.
There is something very seriously militarily wrong going down here of a National Security Nature that needs to get corrected immediately; and that has been this way for a very long time since the Vietnam War. The Official 2018 VA Pronouncement of Veterans Suicides is now listed 20.6 per day; but other analysts put the latest casualty figures of Veterans Suicides since the September 11, 2012, attack on the US mission in Benghazi, Libya at 173,800 dead; 79 per day; that includes deaths other than those who left suicide notes; from stress related accident prone behavior, homelessness, personal neglect, and drugs and alcohol abuse, due to our Service Veterans not wanting to live-on any longer in their Lost Honor. It is very important that WE as a Nation begin to engage a Constructive Resolution Strategy.
I always admired the WWII D-Day narrative about the American Soldier who threw himself over the barbed wire and shouted to his fellow soldiers "Over Me!"

I have not been assigned the hearing for Mr. Koniz. Gheric Boyce has been assigned his WPB hearing on March 5, 2019 at 1230.
I spoke with Gheric this morning and he intends on reaching out to Mr. Koniz approximately 7-10 days prior to the hearing.
