Just a reminder that Dads and Donuts is Tuesday, April 24, 2018 from 7:35-8:25. 

 

 

We will also be having our Scholastic Buy One Get One Free Book Fair on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, April 23-25.  The times it will be open are as follows: 

 

Monday: 3:00pm-4:00pm

 

Tuesday: 7:35am-8:35am (during Dads and Donuts) AND 3:00pm-4:00pm

 

Wednesday: 1:00pm-2:00pm

The entire community is invited to LEARN and PLAY at 
Ogden Nature Center’s EARTH DAY 2018

The Ogden Nature Center is holding its annual Earth Day Event on Saturday, April 21, from 11 am – 4 pm.  
There will be fun and engaging activities, puppets, a climbing wall, a water-wise perennial plant sale, ephemeral land art, 
live performances, green gurus, environmental experts, arts, crafts, fresh food carts and trucks and much more. 
All ages are invited.
 
When:  Saturday, April 21 from 11 am - 4 pm
Where: Ogden Nature Center, 966 W. 12th Street
Admission:  $4 per person
Earth Day will be held rain or shine
Alternative transportation and carpooling is encouraged

Annual Birdhouse Exhibit
The Ogden Nature Center’s annual exhibit of birdhouses will be on display along birdhouse trail. 
Over 150 birdhouses will be on display.  Some of the birdhouses are for sale, with all proceeds going to the creators/artists. 
This year’s new birdhouses will be on exhibit through the end of June.
 
Earth Day Art Poster Exhibit
Winners of the annual Earth Day Art Poster Contest will be recognized at a ceremony at 11 a.m. 
Contestants and their families are invited.
