WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CONSTRUCTION
• Residents and businesses can expect congestion, construction equipment and vehicles in the area, as well as an increase in noise, dust and vibration
• Motorists can expect to travel on milled surfaces for up to 48 hours at a time.
• The contractor will assist 2000 West residents by carrying all garbage cans placed at the edge of each driveway through the construction zone.
WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE WHEN IT’S DONE?
• Additional westbound lane between I-15 and Farr West Elementary
• Additional eastbound lane between I-15 and Rulon White Blvd.
• Lengthened dual left turn lane storage westbound 2700 North to southbound I-15
• Dual left turn lanes at the 2000 West intersection in the southbound to eastbound direction
• Additional eastbound and westbound lanes through the U.S. 89 intersection as well as dual left turn lanes westbound to southbound and eastbound to northbound
• Optimized signal timing to improve mobility
• Resurfaced pavement
• Updated signage

The Weber County Sheriff's Office is looking for qualified citizens to assist patrol deputies in serving our community through their Volunteers In Police Service (VIPS) program.
With the mosquito season in full swing the Weber Mosquito Abatement District would like to remind you to do your part and keep family, neighbors and yourself safe, inspect your yard often and change or drain any sources of water. Sources of water may include bird baths or fountains, rain gutters, plant sources, tree holes and stumps, open trash or recycling bins, ponds, kiddie pools, pet dishes, old tires, buckets, wheel barrows & wagons, toys, neglected swimming pools or overwatered lawns and gardens.
