Some of you have asked for the Superintendent Summer Reading form. I've attached it if you need it along with the Math Summer Practice form. Please turn in the papers to your child's teacher as soon as possible.
Sincerely,

Superintendent’s Summer Math Fluency Program
Staying fluent in math, just like in reading, takes practice. To do this, make a goal to practice your math facts for at least 10 minutes a day, 4 days per week, for 10 weeks this summer.
40 days x 10 minutes of practice = almost 7 hours of math practice!
To track your practice, cross off one box every day you spend 10 minutes reviewing math facts. Return this paper to your teacher in August to receive a Superintendent’s Summer Math Award
