South Willard Water Company information:
SWWC well and treatment system is undergoing renovation and updates. Currently our main well is off line and we are purchasing water from Bear River Water Conservancy district. This project is estimated to be complete at the end of July. As such all share holders and users of SWW should conserve, conserve and use less water. We have a working plan with Box Elder county and Willard City for fire protection, but it should be noted that this is an area of concern. caution should be used with fireworks, gun fire, back yard fires ect. In fact the fire marshal has indicated that the state may ban all fireworks in the area, due to the increased risk.
SWWC typically holds board meetings the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 at the Willard offices. Please come if you would like more information on the project.
