June 28, 2018 - Charlotte, NC - Melodic hardcore legends Hopesfall are thrilled to share "Faint Object Camera," the latest single from the band's forthcoming album, Arbiter. Fans can listen to the song now, streaming exclusively on Metal InjectionArbiter is the long-awaited follow up to 2007's Magnetic North, and marks the band's first record in over a decade. The album will be released on July 13th, 2018 via Graphic Nature / Equal Vision Records and can be pre-ordered now at hopesfall.lnk.to/arbiter.

On the new track, Jay Forrest shares: "Faint Object Camera was an optical and ultraviolet camera on the Hubble Space Telescope from 1990 -2002.  This song has a big heavy spacey feel in the beginning that drops mid swing into an elegant but vast space where the mind wandered and wondered...What if one was lost floating in space alone? How would calendrical/time measurements work on other planets in other star systems? If floating and  lost, could the hubble telescope find me lying flat and mistake me for the first discovery of a non-round world."

Hopesfall formed in 1998. Over the next decade, the band would undergo numerous line-up changes but always drew from the same core group of lifelong friends to source new members. The bond between the group was so strong that even after disbanding in 2008, guitarists Joshua Brigham and Dustin Nadler and drummer Adam Morgan continued to get together on Wednesday nights to work on new music despite having no plans to release it. It was during these jam sessions that the music that would eventually find its way onto Arbiter first began to take shape.

In 2012, Brigham and Morgan visited frontman, Jay Forrest, in Chicago culminating in the decision that Forrest would add vocals to the demos. The lineup for the band's reformation would then be cemented in August of 2015 when bassist, Chad Waldrup, joined the group to see Hum and Failure. Still, the idea of putting out new music as Hopesfall wasn't part of the plan. With the lineup complete, the band brought their demos to another trusted collaborator - producer Mike Watts (Glassjaw, Dillinger Escape Plan, O'Brother) whom they had worked with on two previous releases, Magnetic North and A Types. It was Watts who brought the demos to Dan Sandshaw and Will Putney of Graphic Nature / Equal Vision Records where the idea of releasing it as a Hopesfall record was finally discussed. A testament to the band's hard-earned legacy, the famed label immediately jumped on the opportunity to release the project.

Arbiter has a decidedly unique bend to it, but Brigham points out that it is built off of the same principles as Hopesfall's previous catalog - "big riffs and dark melodies." Forrest adds that the driving message of Arbiter remains the same as well: "Hopes fall. Tragedies happen. But that doesn't mean you should give up or not stay the course."

Arbiter is set for release on July 13th via Graphic Nature / Equal Vision Records. It is at once a reminder of why the band has become so influential and a beacon of its continued evolution. Look for Hopesfall to support the release with select tour dates later this year.

The band will take the stage for the first time since 2011 for two special shows at Saint Vitus in Brooklyn on July 13th and for Kerrang Presents on July 14th. The Kerrang Presents and Neighborhood Theatre shows have sold out in advance, with tickets for July 13th at Saint Vitus available at hopesfall.net.

"The record fans have been waiting for -- literally and figuratively." - Billboard

Bradenton, FL - June 28, 2018 - Rock band We The Kings have shared their new single, "Even If It Kills Me," premiering now on Alternative Press. The track is the second single from the band's forthcoming album, Six, which will be released on July 6th, 2018 via S-Curve Records/BMG. Fans received their first taste of the record with lead single "On My Love," which premiered last week on Billboard. Pre-orders for Six are available now and include an instant grat download of "On My Love" - for more information, please visit: smarturl.it/WTKSIXPreorder.

On the new single, front-man Travis Clark shares: "FINALLY IT'S HERE!!! The old school We The Kings song that the fans have been waiting for...this one's for you!"

When naming their new album, We The Kings set out to check a few boxes. Not only does Six represent the Florida-based band's sixth full-length album (all of which, from their 2007 Self-Titled through 2015's Strange Love, begin with the letter S), but it also pays tribute to the quintet's honorary sixth member: their fans.

As such, the artwork of Six literally features a piece of their fans, a mosaic of those who helped crowdfund the album. It's a testament to an audience who have rallied behind We The Kings for their entire career-to the tune of more than 250 million Spotify streams and platinum-selling success.

"There's a pride that fans have about their favorite bands that I think is so special," frontman Travis Clark says. "These fans have been supporting us for more than a decade. When we're writing songs, we don't want to let anyone down."

Indeed, We The Kings' storied career has been marked by a deep reciprocity between the band and their fans. When the group--Clark, Hunter Thomsen (guitar), Danny Duncan (drums), Charles Trippy (bass) and Coley O'Toole (keyboard, guitar)-broke out of Bradenton, Florida in 2007 with "Check Yes Juliet," one of the most iconic songs of the late '00s pop-punk movement, millions of listeners around the world instantly fell in love with their buoyant spirit and emotionally poignant songwriting.

Follow-up singles like "Heaven Can Wait," "We'll Be A Dream," "Say You Like Me" and "Sad Song" kept We The Kings squarely in the mainstream, but as they readied Six, the band dug deep into the past to find inspiration from their earliest days. Their 10-year anniversary tour for Self-Titled sold out venues around the world in 2017, and it gave We The Kings a renewed sense of energy as they prepped new music.

Indeed, there are plenty of throwback moments on Six, but maybe not in the way fans would expect. Rather than retread where they came from, the band's nods to their past are more nuanced, finely filtered through a modern lens that affords them the freedom to expand their sound in all directions and continually redefine just what a We The Kings song should sound like.

At its core, Six's true triumph is its emotional heft. So much has changed for We The Kings since Strange Love--marriage, childbirth, death--and the album's 11 songs are a tribute to life's moments, both big and small, and how you never know which is which until much later down the line.

Six is the 6th studio album from We The Kings, and will be released on July 6th, 2018. Pre-orders are available now at smarturl.it/WTKSIXPreorder.
