There will be a new principal at Orion Jr. High this year, Chris Earnest. She has just completed her 25th year in education. She has been a health and PE teacher and a coach for 19 years at South Ogden Jr. High. She then spent 4 years as an assistant principal at Sand Ridge Junior High, and for the past 2 years was assistant principal at Bonneville High School. The 2016-2017 theme for Orion is: “Don’t Quit, Do It” which ties in the with the school wide goal of continual improvement.
Registration information. for Orion Jr. High is available online at www.wsd.net beginning July 13th. Print out the required state and district forms, fill them out and return along with your registration payment to Orion PRIOR to July 29th. You can also pay for registration online through myweber.wsd.net. Keep in mind if you pay online, you still have to print out the registration forms, fill them out and either mail or bring them into the office. Pre-registration speeds up the process. If you pre-register you will only need to come in, get your picture ID card and your schedule on registration day, August 12th. You can drop by the school at any time to pick up registration forms. Orion Jr. High School begins August 23rd with early outs the entire first week. Back to School Night is August 18th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. so come meet your teachers, take a look around, and find your locker. Visit the Orion Jr. High website at http://orion.wsd.net for more information.
Weber High School: All forms and money may be returned to Weber High between July 1st-July 29th 2016 in order to pre-register. You may access all registration forms at www.wsd.net You may also opt to pay through MySchoolFees.com beginning July 7-August 8th. However, ALL forms must be returned to the school prior to August 1st In order for your student to be able to register. Forms for those who have paid through MySchoolFees can be left in a box outside the school office anytime between 6:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
THE WAIT IN LINE TO PAY FEES ON REGISTRATION DAY IS ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO 2 HOURS. TO AVOID THIS LONG LINE PLEASE PRE-REGISTER.
Registration day is August 16th and 17th. Pictures for the yearbook will be taken on this day. No tank tops, low scooped necklines or hats. Please follow the school dress code.

Weber High School begins August 23rd at 7:40 a.m. School will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. the first 4 days of school.
