As many of you might have seen in recent news reports, there is a significant increase in the number of students at Fremont High. The prediction is that this increase will continue for several years. As a result, our District is looking at adjusting boundaries to shift more students to Weber High and Roy High to help alleviate the crowding at Fremont. As part of this process, Weber High will conduct a boundary study and make recommendations to the District Office. We need approximately 10 parents to be involved with the Weber High boundary study. This will require attendance and 3 meetings – one in December, one in January and one in February, as well as the ability and willingness to seek out input from community members while studying the possible boundary adjustments and the outcomes of each. It is anticipated that the boundary adjustments for Weber High School will mainly affect those in the Harrisville area. Those living in or near this area would be especially welcomed to be involved.

Above and Beyond is back. Please take time to recognize a Weber High Staff that has meant something to you by their willingness to go Above and Beyond. Anyone can nominate any staff. Students, parents and staff are encouraged to recognize the great people that make Weber the wonderful place it is. You can pick up and drop off nomination forms in the main office.
HOSA will be having a food packing activity when we return from Winter Break. On January 4th right after school. Please meet in the CPR Lab @2:45pm. We need to pack 600 food packs to deliver to the elementary schools in the upcoming weeks.
You can earn attendance credit make up by participating!!

A boys' soccer conditioning meeting will be held Thursday January 12th at 3:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. If you are interested in trying out for boys' soccer, please plan to attend this meeting or send a representative if you can't be there.
Any girls interested in trying out for softball this year we will be starting morning workouts on January ninth at six in the morning. If you have any questions see Coach Kylee in room 124.
