Sheila Thatcher announces publication of ‘Running Your Road of Purpose’
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho – Inspired by her students in a Bible study telling her they felt like they needed direction in their life, Sheila Thatcher penned “Running Your Road of Purpose” (published by WestBow Press) to help readers discover their purpose on Earth and find their identity in Christ.
“Running Your Road of Purpose” utilizes the metaphor of running a race to section the material to direct people at a crossroads find what they should do, to figure out how to reach their goal, to work toward their purpose, about how to better emulate Christ by their actions, in listening to God, and what to do when they finally achieve their purpose and discover their identity in Christ.

While enjoying this year's Easter festivities, the lice removal technicians at Lice Clinics of America facilities are on a mission to hunt down lice eggs (and bugs) that are lurking in your head. On April 8th, Lice Clinics of America is helping the community and their clinicians will be offering treatments free of charge for those who feel that lice might have invaded their heads! Lice Clinics of America is the only network of national lice removal clinics that utilizes the FDA-cleared medical device, AirAllé, which kills lice and eggs through dehydration. The AirAllé is part of Lice Clinics of America's unique 3-step process which is the only cure to killing pesticide resistant bugs, referred to as Super Lice.
Local clinic technicians and owners will be available for interviews throughout the day to discuss the importance of being aware of lice infestations, the importance of killing all lice eggs, how their local business is helping the community and the different options available for killing the lice. Patients being treated can also be interviewed to speak about their experience. Attendees will also receive their own detection comb and lice education packet.

Recently launched national charity Believe in Yourself (http://www.believeinyourself.org) is using fashion to encourage high school and middle school girls in low-income areas to improve academically and behaviorally.
The charity, which donates dresses to underprivileged girls and promotes positive body image, has recently begun to target donations to girls who show improvement. Founded by Sam Sisakhti, the the CEO and Founder of UsTrendy (the the world's largest Independent Fashion site).
Believe in Yourself visits low income housing projects and Boys and Girls clubs to identify girls who might benefit from the gift of a dress. Charity founder Sam Sisakhti asks organizers in each community to target girls who are showing improvement in hope that the other girls in the community will be inspired to improve their grades or behavior, too, in order to receive a donated dress.
“It’s not about being a straight-A student or president of your class, it's just about showing improvement and a desire to better yourself,” says Sisakhti. “We want to show these girls that if they try, then there will be a positive result.”
Believe in Yourself has already made dress donations in low-income areas in Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC, and other cities. Believe in Yourself hopes to donate 5,000 to 10,000 dresses over the course of the next year.
