NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE NORTH VIEW FIRE DISTRICT
The NORTH VIEW FIRE DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
-The NORTH VIEW FIRE DISTRICT tax on a $310,000 residence would increase from $165.73 to $176.81, which is $11.08 per year.
-The NORTH VIEW FIRE DISTRICT tax on a $310,000 business would increase from $301.32 to $321.47, which is $20.15 per year.
-If the proposed budget is approved, NORTH VIEW FIRE DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 6.64% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
