PREMIERE NEW SINGLE "TELELEVISION"
WITH BROOKLYN VEGAN: https://goo.gl/z6yqHG
PRE-ORDER DEBUT FULL-LENGTH
NEVER NOTHING, OUT 1/19 VIA HOPELESS RECORDS
TOUR WITH MOVEMENTS, CAN'T SWIM & GLEEMER KICKS OFF MARCH 2
January 16th, 2018 - Orange County California- Super Whatevr has released a new song and video for "Telelelevision", the fourth single off the upcoming full-length Never Nothing, out January 19th via Hopeless Records. The single is premiering exclusively with Brooklyn Vegan: https://goo.gl/z6yqHG
The song takes on complicated themes about ones relationship with their inner-self, a common thread throughout Never Nothing.
"It's about fighting what seemed to be a knee jerk urge to take my life," McKee said. "Other people could tell me the type of person that I was but I wouldn't hear it and certainly didn't believe it."
The project of Skyler McKee, Super Whatevr began as a vehicle for McKee's poetry, when he started studying the craft of songwriting with the help of a friend and penning songs of his own. While the songs come from a dark place, they're a reflection of a glimmer of hope amidst life's struggles.
"All my songs are happy," McKee explained. "The have a sad tone, but it's all in a positive manner. I want to help people grow and be vulnerable. If it's got to be dark, then it's going to be dark. It doesn't hurt me, because I know it's going to help me grow and help other people grow."
"Telelelevision" has been preceded by three singles: "Kathrin With A K", "For You", and "Bloomfield". Super Whatevr's previous EP Good Luck is available for download on iTunes and streaming on Apple Music or Spotify. Videos for the first three singles are available on the Hopeless Record's YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/HopelessRecords.

Bayside
Announce Upcoming Tour with
New Found Glory, The Movielife,
and William Ryan Key (Formerly of Yellowcard)
Tickets Available For Presale At newfoundglory.shofetti.com
January 16, 2018 - Bayside is thrilled to announce that they will be hitting the road this spring with Hopeless Records label mates New Found Glory, as well as fellow New Yorkers The Movielife, and former Yellowcard vocalist, William Ryan Key. Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 19th at 12pm local time, with presale tickets available now at newfoundglory.shofetti.com.
"It's very rare for a whole tour package to work this well musically and socially," vocalist Anthony Raneri shares. "I have a New Found Glory tattoo and a couple of them have Bayside tattoos. I've sang on NFG records and both the members of NFG and Vinnie from the Movielife have sang on Bayside records. The Movielife and NFG might have been two of the first bands that we ever gave our demo to when we first started Bayside. This is a very special tour for us on many levels."
Vacancy is the 7th and latest studio album from Bayside. It was written during an uncertain time for Raneri - the end of a relationship and the beginning of a mission of reflection and self-examination - and represents a case study in self-acceptance. He admits those twelve compositions are especially cathartic because he was literally "coming to terms with what my life was becoming." Fans can check out the band's latest video "Mary" now on Youtube, or stream Vacancy in full via Spotify. To purchase, please visit: smarturl.it/Vacancy.
Bayside spent 2017 on tour in support of their latest record, before closing out the year with a highly successful 10 Year Anniversary tour in the U.S. and U.K. in celebration of their third album, The Walking Wounded. "The Walking Wounded was a really important record for us both personally and career wise. It was the record that got us back on our feet after our accident and also marked a big breakout for us professionally," Raneri explains."It was the first record and touring cycle that we did with the current line up. We felt it was important to celebrate the ten year anniversary of such an important time in our lives."
Now, with a new year and even more shows ahead, Bayside is ready to keep moving forward.
