Join us Monday, March 5th @6pm for a presentation by Jessica Day George, author of Tuesdays at the Castle.
Ms. George will do a fun presentation about her books and how she gets her ideas. After the presentation, she will stay to autograph your Tuesday at the Castle book you recieved as a family to read this year or any of her other books you own.

Bates Elementary
The General PTA meeting that was scheduled for this Wednesday, March 7, has been canceled. It has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 11th at 9:30 am. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Bates Elementary School will be continuing with our Chinese Dual Immersion Program. We are getting ready for the registration process for the 2018-2019 school year. The first step in this process will be a parent meeting which will be held on Monday, March 12, 2018, from 5:30-6:30 PM in Bates’ library. The purpose of this meeting is to inform parents about our dual immersion program, the registration and selection process, requirements, deadlines, and to answer any questions that you may have.
All students within the Weber High School cone may apply. Anyone who is interested in the program and will have a first grade student next year (2018-2019) is encouraged to attend this meeting. Questions you may have and the applications process will be explained this night during the meeting.
