Clark Davis is running for Utah Senate District 17. He is a business owner and co-founded the CPA firm of Davis and Bott. Clark has felt an obligation to serve within his community for many years. He was elected as Mayor of Brigham City for two terms and then Box Elder County Commissioner for two terms.
Davis is a proven, qualified and experienced community leader.
On a personal note, Clark Davis and his wife, Shelley, met while both were students at Utah State University. Together, they have seven children and chose to raise them in Brigham City where they loved the community.
Recently, Clark and Shelley have returned from an LDS mission from Africa where they truly realized that education is the key to a better life. Education has been a strong element in the Davis household. Clark’s wife, Shelley, served for 20 years as an elementary school teacher and Clark served as an assistant professor of accounting and finance.
Both Clark and Shelley saw an opportunity to serve the community, once again, when the Senate seat became available. Clark has a desire to serve in a meaningful way and be a voice for the people who live, work and play here.
