Chainium announces platform 1.0 release and first stage equity blockchain.

Sascha Ragtschaa CEO of Chainium

Chainium represents the future of equity. We promise to deliver a modern marketplace for businesses and investors to raise capital and buy and sell shares.

The share market is in decline with share ownership declining year by year. Our platform will reinvigorate equity and provide a “contemporary equity market” which is as hyper-connected as our lives.”

— Sascha Ragtschaa CEO Chainium

LONDON, UNITED_KINGDOM, July 5, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Fresh off the back of recent exciting partnership announcements Chainium are moving ahead with their outlined development schedule. Today marks the release of version one of the platform that will eventually change the way business raise funds and investors buy and sell shares. The platform release is supported by the first public facing version of the equity blockchain.

The Chainium blockchain solution which neatly combines the power of decentralised ledgers and smart oracles to effectively manage the public and private requirements of communication and interaction between businesses and shareholders, will deliver a fairer and more accessible system for everyone.

By building the world’s first dual blockchain equity network. Chainium directly connects business owners with investors, by cutting out the middlemen. Chainium’s solution will enable businesses to grow – from capital-raising, through to secondary markets for share trading, through to managing and communicating with their shareholders.

Both the platform and the blockchain are still under development, following the planned “epics” we can expect to see these evolve with early business adopters expected to begin the onboarding process fairly soon.

The 3 Stages Of Evolution

For Forward-Moving Entrepreneurs

Growing a business sometimes demands that the owner grow as well. The willingness and ability to evolve – in part by embracing change and creating it around them – is an important trait shared by successful entrepreneurs, experts say.

The trick is getting the employees to buy in to the changes and evolve themselves. And if that’s accomplished, then comes the third part in an entrepreneur’s evolutionary cycle – fostering growth for the company’s clients.

“True entrepreneurism means not only evolving as a company, but also helping clients evolve as well,” says Peter J. Strauss (www.peterjstrauss.com), an attorney, captive insurance manager and author of The Business Owner’s Definitive Guide to Captive Insurance Companies.

“Why would you not want to be the best version of yourself? Whether you’re talking about your own people in your company or your clients, there is this giant middle market that has no idea of their potential. They go to work each day just focused on what they do, but they don’t think about things that could help them better their businesses.”

Strauss reviews the three stages of entrepreneurial evolution, and how personal and team growth can inspire the same evolution within a client’s company:

  • Self-admission. “It starts with the owner or CEO’s willingness to fully commit to evolving,” Strauss says. “You have to evolve as an individual before your organization can evolve. The company leader must admit they need help with some areas in order to stay relevant and keep growing.”  Fully exploring the options to seek knowledge and advice on the right direction are crucial. “Eventually you have to trust the guidance you’re getting,” Strauss says.
  • Employee buy-in or push-back.  Here the tug-of-war with a company’s future often begins, Strauss says. “You need people on your team who have ambition to grow and want to be part of something bigger than their job definition or personal goals,” he says. “Individual rewards will come as the company prospers from the growth changes. But you do run the risk of losing your core group if they don’t believe in what you’re doing. Most people, even the ones who have been with you the longest, probably won’t like it because most people fear change. It’s a very dicey game to play, but it’s necessary and liberating once the process plays out. It’s classic pain before gain.”
  • Applying in-house and to clients. Once the owner knows he has the right people in place, including new hires, he or she has the management team push through the changes. “It doesn’t mean there’s a new sheriff in town, but a new way that’s going to make our company and everybody with it better if they don’t fight it,” Strauss says. “Then you’re able to walk the walk with your clients when you’re helping them evolve. You can provide them with things they can’t build themselves because it’s outside their scope and focus.”

“It’s important, when a business leader is evolving, to see others evolving around them,” Strauss says.  “We can do more for each other, and our clients ultimately can evolve like our business did.”

Want Your Dog Photos To Be A Hit

On Social Media? Here Are 5 Tips

Like proud parents showing off pictures of their kids, dog owners love sharing photos and videos of their furry friends on social media.

A BarkBox study reflects this fun American obsession: Dog owners post a photo and/or comment about their dog an average of six times per week on social media. Also, the survey showed dog parents view dog photos or videos three times a week, and that 20 percent of the photos that dog owners keep in their phones are of their dog.

Besides the “awww!” factor that adorable dogs attract, all the posting about your lovable four-legged animal can create more awareness of you and expand your social network.

“Having a dog gives you something in common with many people, and posting pictures of them is a way to connect while breaking free from negative, often nasty discussion of the world’s problems or politics,” says Kris Rotonda, who with Robert Otillar is co-founder and co-CEO of PetSmooch (www.pet-smooch.com), a social media network app for animal lovers.

“The dog pictures, with or without you, provide a positive reflection of you and create good engagement on social media. That can start fun conversation, friendships, and bring opportunities.”

The trick, says Rotonda, is how to take even better photos and videos of your pets that will generate more responses on social media sites.

“It’s human nature to be competitive,” Rotonda says. “This is no different, but in a much friendlier and positive, creative sense – ‘Look at my pup!’ It can be a challenge to photograph  your dog exactly at the right time in a funny or cute moment.

Rotonda shares five ways you can take better quality pictures of your dogs that will generate comments on social media.

  • Pay attention to background. Simple backgrounds, like a white sandy beach or green trees, make your dog stand out. “Whether you’re using a phone or a point-and-shoot camera, have your dog at least a dozen feet in front of the background so he’ll be more in focus than whatever’s behind him,” Rotonda says. “Pay attention to color, too: No black backgrounds for black dogs, brown backgrounds for brown dogs, and so on.”
  • Get creative and playful. Lots of full-body shots taken from 10 feet away can get mighty dull. “Get up close so your dog fills the entire frame,” Rotonda says. “Get even closer so you get the full effect of that long, wet nose. Photograph your dog head on, in profile, at 45-degree angles. And don’t get hung up on perfection. The best shots are often the spontaneous ones.”
  • Think fashion. Dressing up your dog or having them donning a hat often enhances the humor or visual appeal. “It adds personality to your dog,” Rotonda says, “if you can get them to sit still long enough.”
  • Be in burst mode. This means putting a phone camera on “burst” to capture as many pictures sequentially as possible. “You know how difficult it can be to keep your dog’s attention and pose them,” Rotonda says. “So just start shooting while you’re trying to get their attention. In burst mode you’re more likely to capture the moment you want.”
  • Zoom in. Rather than get up close to your dog’s face – they’ll quickly get distracted – Rotonda suggests a zoom from a distance to catch expressions when they’re not always aware you’re looking.

“Social media is all about connecting,” Rotonda says, “and really, nobody connects humans better than dogs.”
