Dear Reader,

Sixteen cents a day can’t buy you much of anything these days...

But it could buy you a ticket to the financial jackpot of a lifetime.

As you may already know, marijuana legalization is steamrolling across the entire country of Canada...

In fact, Justin Trudeau — Canada’s prime minister — has vowed to legalize marijuana NATIONWIDE.

In other words, the war on marijuana is drawing to a close north of the border... and the end of it's prohibition is just around the corner.

This is your chance to turn mere pocket change... into an absolute fortune.

But you need to get in ASAP!

Because Canada is expected to be the first G7 nation to legalize... and they’re gearing up to officially begin selling recreational marijuana starting September 1.

It’s expected to rake in BILLIONS.

According to CNBC, “Now is the right time to bet big on marijuana... [as] the industry is poised to be gigantic.”

And Forbes is touting that “hundreds of millions of dollars are pouring in...”

Click here for full details on how to stake your claim.

Already, some of the biggest and most successful names on Wall Street have acquired major positions in companies in the marijuana sector, investing millions...

I’m talking about PayPal creator Peter Thiel... Reddit CEO and founder Steve Huffman... legendary hedge fund manager Joel Greenblatt... and even Warren Buffett.

Click here to see how a $50 stake in these tiny pot stocks could easily turn into a massive fortune.

Austin Jamieson

Austin Jamieson was greatly influenced by art as he was coming into adulthood. Always being shy, he has used art as a means of communicating and interacting with the outside world. His first formal show was in July of 2017 and featured works from multiple artists and friends. In addition to being his first formal show, Austin spearheaded the show and also assumed the role as project manager and curator without experience, a budget, or guest list. The largest piece spanned an entire wall 40’ in length and was the crowning centerpiece. The show was an example of what young driven artists can accomplish when willing to make a commitment to a goal.

But today, we’ve got some BIG NEWS.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our third initiative, O1|WALLS, a program of supported, sanctioned murals and Street Art right here in Ogden.  We’re big believers in the power of murals to enliven and engage a community, provide a unique window into the community's culture, and to act as an economic driver for local artists, residents and businesses alike.

Their team focuses on client satisfaction and works to develop long-lasting relationships based on quality, commitment, value and results. AUGUST 17, 2018 - LOS ANGELES, CA - Silent Planet have released a new single/video, "Share the Body". Stream HERE. "This song is a tribute to the many people I've met who struggle with opioid addiction," frontman and lyricist Garret Russell explains. "I hope it can speak into the past trauma or present reality of addicted persons, and push them to get help before their need takes everything." "Share the Body" is the latest single, following "Vanity of Sleep" and "Northern Fires", from Silent Planet's upcoming album When the End Began, due out 11/2/18 via Solid State Records. Pre-order is available HERE. For more information on Silent Planet, please visit: https://www.silentplanetband.com/.

Since forming in 2009, Silent Planet have steadily gained traction by playing local venues throughout California and expanding to the DIY touring scene throughout the United States. Over the past 9+ years, the band gained prominence thanks to their vast array of influences, anchored by Russell's master's degree in psychology and field experience as a mental health therapist. As a result of their continued momentum, Silent Planet took home the "Underground Band of the Year" award at the 2017 APMA awards.

Produced by Will Putney, When the End Began captures Silent Planet's aggressive live sound while retaining their more exploratory ambient elements. Along with Russell's poignant lyrics, the band had a plethora of talent and skills to draw on for the new record. From the dynamic range of bassist Thomas Freckleton, to the progressive drumming of Alexrene Camarena and the diverse arrangements of primary song architect and guitarist Mitchell Stark, Silent Planet have managed their most deliberate, cohesive effort to date.

Speaking to the new record, Silent Planet say, "We want to connect and grow. These song are our way of giving back to so many of those who have given to us. On tour, we've met people isolated by bigotry, marred by addiction, scarred by loss - these songs are for them and anyone else grappling with these situations."

"Hope doesn't have to be an abstract concept," they continued. "It can be an embodied reality."

Making Excuses Is Lethal

For Many Entrepreneurs

3“Stop making excuses.”

Many of us heard that from parents growing up. Children often were spanked or put in timeout for making excuses, and teenagers endured a loss of privileges.

But in the business world, the consequences for making excuses can be much more more lethal.

“Entrepreneurs who make excuses are not the kind of leaders who inspire others to follow them into the unknown,” says Peter J. Strauss, a captive insurance manager and author of the book The Business Owner’s Definitive Guide to Captive Insurance Companies (www.peterjstrauss.com).

“Making excuses can be deadly to any business, but especially to new businesses trying to capture new territory.”

For some people, making excuses becomes a way of life, he says, but beating that addiction can be an indicator of future success.

“Freeing yourself from excuses is incredibly liberating and a driver in success,” Strauss says.  “When we don’t get the job done, or the deal falls through, we start searching for all the outside forces that conspired against us. Especially in a larger organization, shifting blame seems like a painless, simple process. We blame John and he can blame Jane and, in the end, nobody is to blame, right? Wrong.”’

Entrepreneurs must have the maturity and motivation to accept responsibility for their  actions, whether they produce success or failure, he says.  Accepting responsibility for a failure may not be easy, but it impacts an entrepreneur’s sphere of influence more than most realize.

Strauss offers remedies for entrepreneurs who may wonder if they are making too many excuses in their businesses.

  • Set the example. Your employees will know if you are making excuses and so will your customers.  They are watching how you handle situations more than you realize.
  • Protect your personal reputation.  Many entrepreneurs start their businesses with the help of family and friends. For most small business people, their personal reputation is inextricably tied to their company’s reputation. If you are known as a person who makes a lot of excuses, many people will not want to do business with you.
  • Take time to reflect.  You should be willing to conduct self and team examinations to learn from your failures.

“Regardless of what business an entrepreneur is in,” Strauss says, “it’s important that when wins and losses come the entrepreneur should be the first to accept blame, and the last to accept credit.”
