Full Band Acoustic Tour This Fall
Tickets & VIP Packages On Sale at BaysideBayside.com
October 9, 2018 - Bayside is celebrating an incredibly successful first week following the release of their full-length acoustic record, Acoustic Volume 2. A collection of re-imagined songs from across the band's discography as well as one brand new track, Acoustic Volume 2 secured the #4 spot on the Current Alternative chart, as well as #7 Record Label Independent, #8 on both Top Current Rock and LP Vinyl, and #14 Current Digital, among others. It has been heralded online and in print by Billboard, Newsday, Forbes, Paste Magazine, Spotify's Punk Unplugged Playlist, and more. It is out now via Hopeless Records and can be streamed on Spotify and Apple Music, or purchased online at baysidebayside.com.
To celebrate the release of Acoustic Volume 2, Bayside has invited fans to join them for their first ever full-band acoustic tour. With an entire set of completely reimagined songs, as well as special guest Golds, these shows promise to be an incredibly special and intimate evening. The two-part tour kicks off on November 24th in Chicago, and includes stops in Brooklyn, Atlanta, Orlando, Houston, Los Angeles, and more. Tickets and VIP packages can be purchased online at BaysideBayside.com.
Acoustic Volume 2 was crafted in Franklin, Tennessee with Jon Howard, a musician and producer who has worked with Paramore, Dashboard Confessional, and New Found Glory. Howard is part of a hyper local community outside of Nashville that includes members of those bands, as well as Yellowcard, Saves The Day, Grammy winning producer Nick Raskulinecz, and Raneri, among others.
It was liberating for Raneri and longtime members Jack O'Shea (lead guitar), Nick Ghanbarian (bass), and Chris Guglielmo (drums) to tear down the walls, playing the songs any way they wanted, as though they had just been written for the first time.
In every note of the vibrant Acoustic Volume 2, a record that conjures the spirit of classic performances like Nirvana's MTV Unplugged or The Cure's most adventurous outings, Bayside serves up a confident reminder of their firmly established place in the rock music landscape. It's evident - from all of the lyrics tattooed on fans, the cover version and tributes that permeate YouTube, and the obsessive supporters worldwide - why Bayside continues to thrive on the strength of these very songs.
Bayside's Acoustic Volume 2 is out now and available for purchase at baysidebayside.com.

3 Ways To Release Yourself From
The Past And Live For Today
Our memories help us relive life’s most delightful moments, such as a trip to the Grand Canyon or a child’s high school graduation.
But not every memory is a happy one, and often people become so tied to the past – dwelling on mistakes they made or offenses committed against them – that they fail to enjoy and take advantage of the present.
“If we permit our past to hold us hostage from the change we deeply desire, we are stuck,” says Tom Corner, a motivational speaker and author of Borrowed Eyes and Feet: Finding Enlightenment After Rage (www.tomcorner.net).
“It’s important to be able to release your past and to see existence in the present moment. There is no future and there is no past, only the gift of now.”
He knows from experience. For Corner, freeing himself from the past involved overcoming anger and rage that plagued him since his parents divorced when he was a young boy.
He was in his 40s, he says, before he learned to live in the moment – or perhaps, re-learn how to live in the moment.
Most people, as children, aren’t so hung up on the past and the future, preferring to immerse themselves in the activity at hand, whether that involves a game of tag, a hike in the woods, a favorite TV show or a captivating book.
“Unfortunately, children eventually grow up to become adults who live in a state of constant worry about what they did yesterday and what they will do tomorrow,” Corner says. “We nudge the present moment to the side, making it something of an anomaly, until we return full circle later in life to try to recapture the gift of those moments.”
But how do you recapture the ability to take pleasure in the present moment, and avoid letting the past and the future dominate your thoughts and cause you heartache and anguish? Corner has a few suggestions:
“Too often, we wait for tomorrow to celebrate our yesterdays,” Corner says. “Why not today? Why not celebrate what we have right now, right this minute?”
