DENVER (March 4, 2019) -- Tomorrow, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Deputy Assistant Regional Administrator Carl Daly will hold a press teleconference to discuss the release of the 2017 Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) National Analysis, which shows the decline of toxics releases even as the economy grows.

Lt. Governor Cox statement on SCOTUS denial of Utah Republican Party v. Cox cert
SALT LAKE CITY (March 4, 2019) – Lt. Governor Spencer J. Cox released the following statement in regard to the Supreme Court of the United States denying certiorari in Utah Republican Party v. Cox, No. 16-4091 (10th Cir. 2018):
Today the Supreme Court of the United States said it would not review the case Utah Republican Party v. Cox, and by so doing upheld the constitutionality of 2014 S.B. 54.
As Lt. Governor, my job is to defend the law. I do not get to pick and choose which laws to defend. Doing so would be disastrous to the very institutions that we hold dear. I would like to thank Attorney General Sean Reyes and his team, especially Tyler Green, for their great work in defending this lawsuit. I am grateful to have finality on this contentious issue.

The band previously released the singles "All Of My Love", "No Case" and "Please Come Back To Me" and are currently on a North American tour with The Interrupters. For a full list of dates, please see below.
For the new album, the band - Intruder Blue, Intruder Green, Intruder Red and Intruder Yellow - recruited lead producer/engineer Roger Lima (who also plays bass in Less Than Jake) as well as co-producer Mike Kennerty (who plays guitar in some band called The All-American Rejects) and recorded the album at Lima's studio, The Moat House in Gainesville, Florida.
"Our songs aren't just about the feelings and situations that they describe but they're supposed to hopefully help other people think about and reflect about their own situations," Intruder Blue summarizes.
Whether it comes to stealing hearts or wallets, Masked Intruder have upped their game on Masked Intruder III and it seems as if even Officer Bradford can't hold them back, although we're sure he'll try.

ith the tax deadline for most Americans fast approaching and low- and middle-income families expected to pay higher effective tax rates than the rich, the personal-finance website WalletHub today released its report on 2019’s Best States to Be Rich or Poor from a Tax Perspective as well as accompanying videos.
In order to identify the states where people in different income brackets spend the most and least on taxes, WalletHub calculated the share of one’s income that he or she contributes toward sales and excise taxes, property taxes and income taxes.
