Good morning--
As you know, EdTech is reimagining what it means to be a student in the 21st century. From online learning tools to massive peer-to-peer education services, education is the latest arena where technology has led to a democratization of information.
At the forefront of this trend is Brainly, the largest peer-to-peer learning tool in the world. With over 150 million unique users in 35 countries, Brainly allows students to ask questions of their peers, of subject matter experts, and of professional educators and parents, in order to improve education outcomes and help students overcome scholastic hurdles.
But how will education tech continue to revolutionize global education? Brainly co-founder and education and technology visionary, CEO Michal Borkowski has some predictions on the future of education ideas and is available for interviews.
Here are just a few ways Borkowski sees technology reshaping education in the years to come.
1. SOCIAL LEARNING FINDS ITS DIGITAL MOMENTUM
Most learning is social, but it hasn't been global until now. Peer-to-peer education tools, online courses, and virtual study groups will proliferate through crowd learning, making digital social learning bigger, more diverse, more useful, and ultimately more effective.
2. THE EDUCATION REVOLUTION WILL BE PERSONALIZED
Studies have shown that personalized education provides better student outcomes. With artificial intelligence and machine learning entering the education space, EdTech will be at the vanguard of the personalization trend with platforms like Brainly being able to recognize problem areas for students and preemptively offer helpful solutions.
3. STREAMLINED LEARNING AND QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
When it comes to their studies, students (and parents) want accurate information that comes from reliable sources. It’s not always ideal to look through multiple sources and try to determine the authenticity for yourself. EdTech will have an increasing responsibility to deliver streamlined platform solutions where people can provide and ask for information that is checked for accuracy and consistency.
