If a performer wants to watch the show, they will require a ticket. Proceeds will help us pay for the overhead associated with the event & to further Dance for Life suicide prevention programs.
Reminder!
Coach & Director Tickets
Front Row of seats will be reserved for coaches & directors (two per company) - no ticket will be required. We will contact you in September for names of directors & coaches attending.
Please encourage family, friends & dancers to attend these events to support this important cause!
Master Classes
Master Classes will be held in the small gymnasium to accommodate all dancers.

Master Class Tickets are now on sale! Please make sure you indicate shirt size when reserving your master class spot!
Space is limited for master classes so reserve early! We are doing our best to accommodate all dancers wanting to participate.

Logistics
Show logistics with all pertinent information for our talent will be sent to you in our September 1st newsletter with dressing room assignments and everything you will need to know for this event.
Photography & Videography Notification
We will be having a professional videographer & photographer to document this event. If you object to us doing this, please contact us. Footage will be for information only and for use in our promotional videos. We will not allow video recording or photos during the performance except for our official personnel.
We are open to selling digital copies of the performance and the gala event if talent agrees. Please let me know if you are open to selling video links to the public so we can cover the cost of a professional videographer. We will give all of our talent directors a free video link for supporting this event but we do need approval from talent to sell digital copies.
Please let us know by Monday please! We do need to have confirmation from all talent to videotape & sell digital copies so please confirm yes or no so we can make arrangements with videographer and patrons.
Dancewear
Neverland Emporium will be selling dancewear at our event & donating percentage of proceeds to Dance for Life with our thanks!
Concessions
Concessions will be available for purchase in the lobby. Food or drink may not be brought into the auditorium.

Hope Squad Volunteers
We are contacting all Hope Squads in school districts to participate in Dance for Life! Once we have our volunteers set, more details will follow.
Families Affected by Suicide
We are putting together a gallery of those lost to suicide in the lobby of our venue to honor their memory. If you know a family who has been affected by suicide and would like to honor their loved ones, please contact Kristin by August 15th.

Dance for Life Free Ballet Program 2020
We are seeking qualified ballet instructors to join our 2020 Dance for Life Free Ballet Program to bring dance to more students regardless of ability to pay! Program introduces the art of ballet to students for the first time & inspires them to enroll in your ballet school! We are booking schools in Utah for the upcoming season. Contact Kristin if you would like to become involved.
Dance for Life announces Beauty & the Beast for 2020
Participating ballet schools we ask that you provide financial aid and scholarships programs for talented students without financial means to dance. We hope to broaden the dance community & using dance to relieve stress, build more endorphins, elevate self-esteem &
self-confidence, discover hidden talents & bring greater mental health to our children through the therapeutic qualities of dance!
