Park Restrooms Closed
Due to vandalism, the Independence restrooms have been closed and will remain closed for the remainder of the summer. In addition, the bowery restrooms will be closed for the remainder of the summer and will only be opened for community events and reservations. There will be signs placed on restroom doors as well as barricaded signs in the parking lot advising park users of the closures and directing them to use the splash pad restrooms. Ages 12 and up need a fishing license (except on free fishing day). Catch and released is not required, but most released fish do not survive. Rainbow trout are stocked about four times a year. The park closes at 10:00 pm. Limit of fish: 4
