Dear Richard Schaum,
We will need at least $100,000.00 to take this through Federal Court and perhaps to The U.S. Supreme Court for our suit In Equity, and Law, against The Veterans Administration; in "Equity" to compel the V.A. into a "Benign Setting" of Bed Rest "Convalescence" (replacing the negative terminology conveyed by the labeling of "Psychiatric Wards" in Government Malfeasance for the Treatment of Combat Stress Fatigue related maladies as casualties of War, (and No War Is Ever Fought Without Trauma and Fatigue, of the sheer Horrors of War to endure, of the Bloodshed, and Kill and Be Killed Real Life Drama, and to have to endure the heartache and the torment of Empathy Felt for Slain and Wounded Comrades, and to be faced with the torment of Remorse and Guilt over the lives taken, and in all regards for the sheer mental and physical exhaustion of what it means to fight a war in the day-in and day-out of it); "To Forbid" the V.A.'s/Pharmaceutical Industry's use of Strong Psychotropic Tranquilizers Sedation for overall restraining purposes, (except in the temporary emergency settings in Disruptive Behavior of being a Threat to Oneself or Others); and as well To Compel the V.A. to Provide General Legal Counsel for these matters, and for any "Labeling of a Psychiatric Illness" upon anyone; and for these Veterans to then be able to defend themselves against any V.A. Medical and Administrative Malfeasances; and for V.A. Legal Counsel to be provided to Veterans for the Recovery of Damages from the V.A.’s Neglect and Medical Malpractice. The "Case at Law" in such regard having to do with the prosecution and conviction of V.A. Administrative and Medical Staff for their parts, overtly, or in Cover-Up, of the Mass-Murder in Depraved Indifference of Nation’s Veterans by Suicide and Neglect; and for the callous suffering inflicted by the V.A.'s Psychiatric Labeling and Mis-Treatment in Injuries to our Veterans.
Perhaps WE could utilize the reputable Veterans Organizations of The American Legion and The VFW to set-up a "Go Fund Me Veterans Account." The lawyers WE have lined up, but WE just can't expect them to do the work for nothing.
Please do take a concerned Stance against the Veterans Administration in resolving the tragic Veterans Psychiatric Suicide Crisis being generated by unnecessary VA Mental Patient Labeling and Strong Tranquilizer Treatment; Without Due Process of Law; (in the meaning of Having No Defense to it); that no one in the Veterans Administration seems to care to do anything about.
One of the main obstacles to resolving this Crisis has been the Medical Industry’s Creation of a Captive Mental Health/Pharmacy Market being generated by Drug Promotion Pay-Out’s to the VA’s Medical Staff combined with Pharmaceutical Campaign Contributions to Federal Legislators; being bolstered by Subversive Media Propaganda; to prey on the Public’s Hysteria of our Combat Veterans being Homicidal and needing to be kept on their Meds.
"It's illegal to give kickbacks to doctors to prescribe drugs, but it is legal to give money to doctors to help promote their drugs. Some corrupt doctors make tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars a year beyond their normal practice just for working with the industry." The Sunshine Act, requires all pharmaceutical and medical device companies to publicly report payments to doctors of more than $10. These Doctors are guilty of Depraved Indifference Mass-Murder awaiting Intervention (as with the Opioid Doctors). This is a V.A. War Confrontation that Requires all of our Immediate Legal Resolution.
Remember that these are our our Nation's Military Veterans, and the backbone of our Nation's Defenses, who are being Suicidally Terminated by the V.A.'s Malfeasance.
Respectfully,

I am still stuck on using Private Law Arbitration because it has worked for others - individuals and groups of people. We need to make this public one day soon for our Veterans and their family members.

ATLANTA - "Overwhelmed, overwhelmed."
That's how Laquna Ross told Channel 2 Action News she felt after she found her dad with swollen, red bumps all over his body and his hands swollen when she visited him last week before his death at the Eagle's Nest Community Living Center, a nursing home for veterans on the Atlanta VA Medical Center campus.
Ross' father, Joel Marrable, served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. The woman said her father was already in poor health.
"Yes, he had cancer. Yes, he was going to die," she said.
Ross said when she asked a center staffer about all the bumps, the staffer told her it was because of ants. Marrable was bitten more than 100 times, according to Ross.
"His room had ants, the ceiling, the walls, the beds. They were everywhere," Ross said. "The staff member says to me, ‘When we walked in here, we thought Mr. Marrable was dead. We thought he wasn't even alive, because the ants were all over him.'"
Apparently, the people in charge of running our V.A. Medical System just don't care, Richard. I'm for taking it to the top personally, (by what method to yet be determined).

VA's mental health program not only addresses medicaltreatment, but also encompasses training, research, support services for Veterans and their families, partnerships with community organizations, expanded eligibility, hiring efforts, technology advances, and innovative communications strategies to reduce negative perceptions of seeking mental health care. VA works to ensure excellence in mental health treatment through regular program monitoring and working with staff to make program improvements.
