The Ten Point Plan
(1.) Entails; the Economic Legislation for Full Faith Certificate Issue to replace Borrowing Us into untenable National Debt, a Fair Price Regulation Monitoring of the Cost of Living To Prevent Consumer Gouging Inflation, the Reduction of Waste in The National Budget, and the stabilization of the Stock Market, by eliminating “Short Selling” and by placing a 3% Safety Margin on the amount that Stocks may fall in a day to prevent Panic Selling;
(2.) The Creation of a Bureau of Jobs to provide Government Sponsored Work for the Nation’s Unemployed with Prevailing Wage Legislation based to the Federal Government’s own General Schedule (GS) Wage Standards for the Nation’s Private Sector Workforce;
(3.) Health, Education, and Welfare Policy Directives involving; the legislation for an FICA Affordable Graduated National Health Care Payroll Plan, Full Faith Federal Subsidy to all American Public Schools requiring assistance with provisions for School Lunch Programs, an SSI (Social Security) Three Month Medicare Maternity Leave for Expectant Mothers, and with Grant Subsidies for; Medical and Scientific Research, the Arts, the Philharmonic;
(4.) A Fair-Trade Agreement for Tariff Protection of American Industry and American Jobs with Sanctions against those Industries who Outsource and Headquarter Abroad;
(5.) Conclusive Military Intervention to The Drug War under the Articles of Marital Law Armed with Search Warrants for Search and Seizure based to Obviousness of Suspicion;
(6.) The timely Resolving of the Native American Indian Federal Tribal Matters, as to their Wishes in Fulfillment, To Restore their Dignity as the Indigenous Territorial Sovereign;
(7.) Full Faith Immediate Government Sponsored Subsidy for Conclusive Pollution Remedy to all Point Source Emissions regardless of their source and means to finance;
(8.) Full Faith Subsidy Protection of America’s Agriculture and Family Farms Providing Price Supports and Disaster Relief from Crop Failures due to Pestilence and the Elements;
(9.) A firm National Declaration of our U. S. American Moral and Humane Standards, to include; Abortion, Euthanasia, Torture Interrogation, Animal Rights, and Pornography;
(10.) And for the Resolution of present Civil Rights Errors; involving clarifying Civil Law Psychiatric Due Process Rights, and to initiate a “Second Chance Law,” defining Statutory Age Limits in the Right To Personal Privacy for Criminal and Psychiatric Histories in applications filings, and rectifying of the 5th Amendment Right Against Self-Incrimination currently being violated along with Retrial for the Same Offense under different venues.

What the American Islamic/Mulatto/Third-World People of Color Orientation, Male and Female, needs to do here, in the American fashion of a War Conference, is to cease and desist with the idea that the White Race here in America stands to be defeated, and for what intent to be retaliated against for alleged past slavery and discriminating attitudes against their skin color by the White Race in not wishing to be Inter-Married into by the Negro Race of the Mulattoes. The White People are not to be bullied and goaded along any further to accept the idea of their Inter-Racial Breeding Genocide. And who also need and require the understanding of their “Privacy” regarding the affairs of the White Caucasian Race to be respected to their social arrangements in desiring to be among their own kind at certain events and settings; and as to whom, the White Race, are no longer to be tormented in being “Villainized” and “Ridiculed” by the Liberal Media as Scapegoats for everything that they, the Negroes, conceive to be wrong with their lives here in the Negroes Brain Washed Propaganda to Defeat the White Race in Take-Over Domination of The United States. And for People of Color to reason, among themselves, that their lives are unhappy here because of the unfortunate nature of their existence; that does not for them, have to be unfortunate, in that sense of the meaning, if they would Adopt the Attitude of recognizing themselves to be a "Separate Entity" from both the Black Negro Race, and the White Caucasian Race; and To Procreate, as a Matter Of Principle, Conscience, and Moral Concern, Within Their Own Kind.
And so, as that The United States, As A Nation, has come now to encompass the vast differences of peoples of the entire Earth here, into Its Heritage of Freedom. And yet, about whom, “The American People,” have, and still do retain, their own unique identity about themselves and among themselves, in display of Racial, European National, and Cultural Heritage that is apparent to everyone. The Issue In Mature Reason, must be appreciated and thusly respected for, by every of the distinctly foreign denomination of The Earth present here before The American People, who need to respect the fundamental, that The Sovereign of Any Nation Can Never Be Dominated Over by Other Races and Foreign Identity Nationals. And to accept that as America has adjusted now to include many differences of people in its orientation of identity, who are characterized now as Americans, and eventually who will include everyone; but that Americanization is a matter of Process in time to adjust to; and for what that Rapprochement is needed to be realized for, that The American People, have an expressed affinity unto themselves that is different from any other Race or Ethnic National Orientation of Strictly Foreign Persuasion in identity differing from The Americans of presentation, In Origin and Racial Bonding of Bloodline about them. To what, “Rapprochement,” (as the willingness and desire to get along,) in the reality of Its meaning in these times must be appreciated, and consummated as an Understanding, by The Foreign Peoples present here, as an Offering of The Heart in gesture of Good Will in that regard, not to challenge the matter, and not as to seek the power of The Public Elected Offices without the endorsement in wholehearted well wishes of The American People.
