Featured Farmer: Mike Huskinson

This month’s featured farmer is Mike Huskinson from Rexbug, Idaho - a fourth generation Idaho® potato farmer and fifth generation farmer. Mike and his wife Alyse have three kids: ten-year-old Addie, eight-year-old Leah, and five-year-old Lenox. Mike enjoys being a farmer, finding satisfaction in the process of watching the plant grow from seed to spud. He also loves providing employment for people in the community. He is proud to grow a healthy and nutritious vegetable known around the world for its high quality. Mike’s favorite way to enjoy an Idaho tater... baked crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside.
