NOTIFICATION OF CUSTOMER EDUCATION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STANDARD AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) METERING TECHNOLOGY
Within the next six to eight weeks the Brigham City Power Department will be developing a community outreach communications strategy, a customer education program, a helpdesk education program, and an installer education program for implementation of standard AMI meter technology. Informational open houses will be scheduled and he...ld to provide customers the opportunity to receive technological information about the AMI meter and how the advanced technology will be put to beneficial use. The open houses will also provide information for a customer opt-out program and instructions for the completion of an opt-out form which will be available on the City website subsequent to the open houses. Customers may download, complete and submit opt-out forms to Brigham City Corporation PO Box 1005 Brigham City, UT 84302 or drop them off at City Hall located at 20 North Main Brigham City UT.
