Statement on confirmation of Utah Supreme Court Justice Himonas
SALT LAKE CITY (Feb. 13, 2015) – Gov. Gary R. Herbert issued the following statement regarding the confirmation of Constandinos G. Himonas as an associate justice of the Utah Supreme Court:
“I am very pleased that the Utah Senate has voted unanimously to confirm Judge Himonas to the Utah State Supreme Court. I am confident he will serve with integrity, intelligence and great respect for the significant responsibility of the position. He is the right choice to serve the people of our state.”
