Newlife Northview Church put on a huge Easter Candy Hunt and activity April 4th. Hundreds showed up to this event. Having a bouncy house, face painting, sidewalk art, and a station for the kids (and parents) to go to and learn the true meaning of Easter, which told about the death and resurrection of Jesus. Everyone had a great time! The members of Newlife Northview and 7 different businesses joined forces to bring this event to life. They worked on this for several weeks gathering donations from the community and from the members. They worked to get 8 large totes full of donated candy out to the roped off areas for each age group. The children walked away very pleased with buckets brimming with candy. It turned out to be a very fun afternoon.
Liberty Bible Church in Plain City has started a new Bible study group on Wednesdays that will focus on the Book of Genesis. All are welcome at 7 pm on Wednesdays. On April 17th, a Pioneer Bible Camp Banquet was held in Riverdale. Everyone who attended had a great meal and a wonderful time with friends and neighbors.
