  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro

  • sprinkle of ground cumin

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  1. In mixing bowl, combine tomato, onion and cilantro. Season with cumin, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper, to taste.
