DONKEY WILL BE THERE. Darth Vader, too. Oh...and one very anxious art director.
They're all part of Ed Henninger's upcoming webinar:
Sounds like a stretch, but Donkey, Darth and the director are all part of Ed's work to make you a master designer.
What makes a master designer? That's what Ed's webinar is all about. Join Ed at 11 a.m. EST (10 Central, 8 Pacific) this Thursday and you'll see how he connects Donkey, Darth and director. In the process, he takes a look at those key elements and approaches that will help take you from the designer you are to the master designer you've always wanted to be!
In Beyond the Basics, Ed will cover:
Beyond the Basics will make you a better design than you ever thought possible. It will open the door to a whole new world of design...and the way you think about design. More important, it will make you a much better designer...and put you well on your way to becoming a design master.
Join Ed at 11 a.m. EST (10 Central, 8 Pacific) Thursday as he offers Beyond the Basics: Becoming a Master Designer.
Donkey and Darth...and that art director...are waiting for you!

Help survey greater sage-grouse populations
What: It’s sage-grouse mating season, and the male birds have begun their annual strutting dance to impress nearby females. DWR biologists and volunteers are visiting greater sage grouse leks (breeding areas) across the state to count the male birds and to gather data on the state’s populations.
Northern Utah
Wildlife watching: see migrating tundra swans
What: Each spring, thousands of wild tundra swans rest and refuel on Utah’s marshes as they return to their Arctic breeding grounds. The swans have arrived in Utah and are fun to photograph and film. Tomorrow, the DWR is holding Wild Swan Day in northern Utah. This event is free and open to the public.
Where: Salt Creek Waterfowl Management Area (west of Corinne) and Farmington Bay Waterfowl Management Area (west of Centerville). See the news release link above for directions to both locations.
Catching and spawning walleye at Willard Bay
What: One of Utah’s largest fish-production projects of the year is about to get underway. DWR biologists and many volunteers will spend about a month at Willard Bay, catching hundreds of walleye and collecting millions of eggs. The eggs will be fertilized and subjected to a specialized high-pressure treatment. If all goes well, many of the resulting fish will be sterile and unable to reproduce in the wild. The DWR wants more sterile walleye because their numbers are easy to control. The fish that aren’t completely sterile will be stocked in lakes and reservoirs that already contain fertile walleye.
Catch big rainbow trout at Flaming Gorge
What: Spring is when you’ll find some of Utah’s most incredible fishing, especially for rainbow trout. We’re seeing great conditions — and hearing reports of excellent fishing — at many waterbodies, including Flaming Gorge Reservoir. The fishing will be fast and furious for big rainbows at the Gorge over the next month or so.
Catching and spawning walleye at Starvation Reservoir
What: DWR fisheries biologists are about to launch a large-scale walleye-netting project at Starvation Reservoir (similar to the Willard Bay project listed above). Over the next month or so, the team will catch hundreds of walleye and collect their eggs. The eggs will be fertilized and subjected to a specialized high-pressure treatment. Many of the resulting fish will be sterile and unable to reproduce in the wild. The DWR wants more sterile walleye because their numbers are easy to control. The fish that aren’t completely sterile will be stocked in lakes and reservoirs that already contain fertile walleye.
