Imagine if Utah's 324,856+ impoverished citizens could have had a piece of that $9 million? Bet they'd love to give their REAL names (not just "Applicable" and "Provided") for a small taste of that sweet bread $ $ $. If parasites weren't draining taxpayers' pocketbooks dry, maybe Utah politicians wouldn't be so concerned about the supposed grocery/gas tax "shortfall"?
