The boys from Box Elder High boys swim team were determined to keep their undefeated regular season on a roll with the region 5 title. They faced some tough competition from Mountain Crest winning Box Elders first region title since 2003. Box Elder girls finished fourth behind Sky View, Logan and Mountain Crest.
“Both the girls and the boys went in and weren’t going to hold anything back. They gave everything they had. Box Elder can be proud of their swimmers.” Said Coach Craig Robinette. Coach Robinette will be retiring at the end of the year said it was great feeling to finish his high school coaching career with a region title. After winning the title everyone on Box Elder’s team jumped in the pool in celebration.
