    SALT LAKE CITY (Mar. 21, 2018) – Yesterday, Gov. Gary R. Herbert signed 46 more bills and nine concurrent resolutions. This brings the total number of signed pieces of legislation from the 2018 General Legislative Session so far to 380. Information on these bills can be found below.

     

    The governor also vetoed HB0322S04, Non-emergency Patient Transportation Safety Amendments, at the request of the sponsor, Rep. Edward Redd. The veto letter he sent to President Wayne Niederhauser and Speaker Greg Hughes is attached.
