Governor to ceremonially sign air quality related bills
What: Gov. Gary R. Herbert will ceremonially sign:
· H.B.19 – Electric Vehicle Charging Service Amendments
· H.B.38 – Resource Stewardship Amendments
· H.B.61 – Clean Air Programs
· H.B.154 – Wood Burning Amendments
· H.B.74 – Energy Efficient Vehicle Tax Credits
· H.R. 5 – House Resolution on Clean-burning Renewable Fuels
Who: Gov. Gary R. Herbert, Rep. Patrice Arent, Rep. Lowry Snow, Rep. Johnny Anderson, Rep. Brad Dee, Rep. Jim Nielson and others clean air advocates
When: Friday, April 25, 2014, 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.
Where: South Side of the Capitol (weather permitting) or Rotunda
Visuals: One natural gas state vehicle and one electric state vehicle will be on display. The Governor and key legislators will sign the above bills with the backdrop of the mountains and cityscape
