Dear Parents/Guardians,
As the end of the month approaches, we think of Halloween. All the fun of creating a costume and dressing up. Lomond View will be having our annual Halloween Parade on Tuesday, October 31st. We will start promptly at 8:45 a.m. Children are encouraged to dress in costume while still keeping in mind our WSD safety policy.
Please, No masks, weapons or gore. You may wear face paint but your teacher should be able to see who you are. Parents are invited to watch this super spectacular event. Chairs will be set up in the gym or you may sit on the bleachers or in the lunchroom at the tables. The pumpkin gallery will be on display so be sure to look at all the fantastic pumpkins. This is such a fun and exciting day for all, hope to see you there!
* MyConnect has been updated to a much better and faster system. It allows us to send out a quick group text to anyone who has subscribed to the list. Unfortunately, the old MyConnect will not work and requires you to subscribe again to receive messages. Teachers who are using MyConnect for their classrooms will send you out information on how to sign up to receive messages. We will also create a list to send school notifications through MyConnect. If you would like to receive these notifications (we highly encourage it) please join @lvparents by doing one of the following:
