The United Citizen Task force met on April 10th for an impromptu meet the Candidates. They were able to hear from both Jeff Hadfield and Jeff Scott. Both are running for separate commissioner seats in Brigham City. They were also able to hear from Craig Bowden who is running for Congress. Hard questions were asked of all the candidates ranging from what role the government should have to what changes they would like to see made. The crowd was small but enthusiastic.
On April 19th the group met on the steps of the capitol to join other patriots in rallying for the 2nd amendment. Many gave up their Easter plans to be able to attend. This grassroots organization enthusiastically defends the constitution and hopes to be able to move forward in the coming months to really make a difference locally.
