Gov. Herbert issues statement on the passing of former RNC Chair Richards
SALT LAKE CITY (Jan. 30, 2015) – Gov. Gary R. Herbert issued the following statement on the passing of Utahn and former Republican National Committee Chair, Richard Richards:
“I am saddened by the news of Dick Richards’ passing. He was a good man and a strong Republican leader who had a significant impact on this country. He was a proud American and a proud Utahn and gave us all reasons to be proud of his work. He will be missed. I extend my condolences to his family.”
