Plain City—For the July 4th celebration, the committee is having elementary-age kids in the Plain City area to help them with the celebration this year. They were asked to answer the question: why they love the 4th of July and what makes that day special for them and their families.
There is a shortage of funds this year, so there have been ongoing efforts to raise $1 per person in each household to offset the celebration costs. If you would like to donate, drop by the City Hall. The 4th of July Celebration is greatly loved, and the City officials would love to make it a great experience for all.
