With warm weather upon us many residents will be planning yard improvements. Please remember that dumping sand, gravel, topsoil, or other material on public streets is not permitted. Dumping or        stockpiling such material in the right of way violates storm water pollution regulations of the State of Utah, which Perry City is obligated to enforce.

Please be aware that Box Elder County will be developing a Mobility Study to determine the best planning approaches to transportation in our region.  This plan will focus on transit options including the potential of Front Runner and enhanced bus service.  The plan will evaluate effectiveness and cost efficiency for each transit type in each community area.  Over the next two months the County will be scheduling opportunities for public input.  At this time, we invite you to visit their website for more information. boxeldermobility.org
