Prosecutors Treat El Paso Shooting as Domestic Terrorism
A top federal prosecutor says the shooting, which left 20 dead and 26 others wounded or injured, meets the statutory definition of domestic terrorism because “it appears to be designed to intimidate a civilian population, to say the least.”
