Imagine walking through a barn that has been transformed into the bedroom of Andy from the movie Toy Story or feeling like you’re under the sea visiting Ariel and her friends from The Little Mermaid. How about being at a parade and seeing a float in the shape of a castle filled with all your favorite Disney characters, such as Cinderella, Snow White, Captain Jack Sparrow, the Mad Hatter, Captain Hook and Cruella De Vil?

After 25 years of providing custom brick and concrete work, including pavers, waterfalls and retaining walls, Wisco was forced to close its doors in Brigham City due to the economic turndown. Despite selling inventory, equipment and several acres of commercial property to pay bills and provide for his family, owner Cory Wilkes was determined to one day reopen Wisco.

Wade C. Bigler feels “it’s been an honor to serve… as councilman… and will never forget… I am not your boss...  I work for you!”  He intends to be a mayor “who will listen to you, help you with your concerns and will work for you. Residents will be kept informed.”
