Please join us to celebrate this years Cherry Days Grand Marshal Leland R. and Renee Erickson. A dinner will be held in their honor at the North View Senior Center on Friday June 29, 2019 at 6:00 pm. Tickets for the dinner may be purchased for $10 at the North Ogden City Offices (505 E. 2600 N.) Tickets must be purchased by Wednesday June 26th.

2550 - west of Washington has been re-striped! Be aware that the entire street will be chip-sealed and fog coated sometime in the next month. When that happens this striping will be covered...but replaced shortly after.

June is a great month as it ushers in the summer season, my favorite time of the year. The warmth of the season after a cold winter and a cool spring is a welcomed season. It is a time for family vacations, picnics, and various celebrations.

June 14th is Flag Day, a day established in 1777 when the United States approved the design for the first national flag. In 1916, President Woodrow Wilson proclaimed June 14th as the official date for Flag Day and in 1949, the U.S. Congress permanently established the date as National Flag Day.

Ages 0-12. Discover new worlds this summer with Weber County Library! Explore out-of-this-world titles or attend free summer reading activities June 3 through August 10. Studies show that 7 out of 10 children maintain and improve reading and writing

skills by participating in a summer reading program. Registration begins Tue, May 28 at all locations and online.
