Perry Mid-Singles Ward—Ruth Huff wanted to make sure the campout went off without a hitch at the Box Elder campground. There was food, volleyball, and a great campfire. They spent time roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. The kids had a blast exploring and playing with all their friends. It was nice to have time for the adults to enjoy each other’s company. Some went home after the evenings activities and others stayed until morning. Everyone enjoyed the time with friends and neighbors. Thanks for all those who participated.

Perry—Three Mile Creek Inaugural BPCR Match was Saturday, September 1st from 8 am-1 pm. The silhouette range at the Three Mile Creek Sport Shooting Complex is complete and Perry City announced the inaugural Black Powder Cartridge Rifle (BPCR) club match. If you are familiar with this type of match, you are invited to bring your equipment and participate. All are invited to come and watch how it's done. Perry--The Three Mile Creek Shooting range is pleased to be sponsoring the first Utah State Championship--Black Powder Silhouette Scope and Iron Sight Competition. The day will feature a series of shooting and scope contests for 64 lucky contestants. Trophies will be awarded daily, and shooters across Utah can look forward to attending this NRA-sponsored event. Skilled shooters and spectators will enjoy three full days on September 4, 5 and 6th at Three Mile Shooting Range in Perry.

Students at Box Elder High School have once again submitted a tractor for the National Delo Tractor Restoration Competition.  We have created a video that summarizes what they have done to restore a 1954 Farmall Super C over the past 24 months.  We would like to invite everyone to view and vote for the Box Elder High FFA tractor video.  This can be done by visiting www.delotrcvoting.com  You are allowed to vote 3 times every day with each valid email address.  First time voters will need to register.

Pictures are scheduled for the 15 th.  Packets will be distributed to students in their Bee Time with prices/options this week.
