Pleasant View Spotlight Lost Texan BBQ

Lost Texan BBQ recently opened at the UTA Train Station in Pleasant View. With their new sign up there was a draw to go try the BBQ, so as a family we went there for lunch. To our surprise the friendliness of all the staff was a welcoming thing, they helped guide us with the items on their menu. What was the best that we was able to pick the kind of sauce you wanted and what items you wanted to add to the sandwich.

Pleasant View 5th Ward—The girls went off to girls’ camp, and had the time of their lives. Heidi Patterson wants everyone to know, “Some of my best times as a teen were at Girls’ Camp!” They all had a great time and tons of fun. Thanks to all the leaders that helped by taking their time to be a mentor to the girls.

Pleasant View—Weston Brian Lee, 17, of Pleasant View, was recently selected as a member of The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy’s 2015-2016 Youth Leadership Team (YLT). The Youth Leadership Team is a diverse group of 14 teens from across the country—each of whom serve an 18-month term. The group’s first meeting took place in Washington, DC beginning on August 5.
