Good morning from Washington, where George W. Bush will eulogize his father, George H.W. Bush, during a state funeral service at Washington National Cathedral. Plus: Jarrett Stepman on the hard truth in the French riots, Kevin Mooney on union resistance to the Supreme Court, Hans von Spakovsky on the Russia probe, and Walter Williams on the socialism trap.
