Governor appoints Hagen, Harris to the Utah Court of Appeals

SALT LAKE CITY (June 22, 2017) – Gov. Gary R. Herbert has appointed Diana Hagen and Ryan Harris to fill current vacancies on the Utah Court of Appeals.
