All leading Democratic presidential candidates reject present constitutional language in electing future presidents of the United States.  Opponents of the Electoral College seek to alter a process that has worked for well over two hundred years.  Fueled by Clinton’s winning the popular vote yet denied the White House and unable to get two-thirds of the states as constitutionally required to consider altering this part of the Constitution, some seek to reject the Constitution instead.

Over 2,700 boats inspected at Lake Powell over Labor Day weekend to prevent spread of quagga mussels

SALT LAKE CITY — Law enforcement officers, biologists and technicians for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources had a busy Labor Day weekend, working to prevent invasive quagga mussels from spreading.

The Trump administration is planning one of the biggest changes to Medicare in decades.

The draft rule would effectively bring socialist drug price controls to the United States. The change would threaten patients' health and discourage companies from funding experimental treatments for deadly diseases.

The rule impacts Medicare Part B, which covers drugs administered via shots and IV drips in hospitals and doctor's offices. Most cancer treatments, for instance, are covered through Part B.
